Malalai Joya, a member of Afghan parliment suspended for her outspoken views , is interviewed on Antiwar Radio about her new book "Woman Among the Warlords," and the failed efforts of U.S. government to bring democracy to the country despite eight years of military occupation. The interview contains a link to a YouTube video of Joya being removed from the Afghan constitutional convention in December 2003 for denouncing the warlord-dominated influence in creating the U.S.-backed government.
